Purchaser

We are now expanding our sourcing department and are seeking a Purchaser who will be responsible for following up and executing procurement activities for Hystar. The position will also manage supplier contracts and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities and qualification requirements will be adjusted according to experience level, competence, and background.

Are you passionate for the sourcing profession and might be the next star in the Hystar constellation?

Key responsibilities include the following

• Follow up and support sourcing strategies and plans
• Support supplier search and pre-qualification of suppliers
• Prepare and issue enquiries
• Ensure technical and commercial awareness in the sourcing process
• Follow up and expedite execution of purchase orders
• Ensure timely deliveries and correct quality in accordance with agreed budget and schedule
• Develop and maintain supplier relations

Skills and qualification 

• Entrepreneurial spirit and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the sourcing profession
• Relevant university degree within business and/or engineering.
• Relevant sourcing experience from industry or management consulting is beneficial
• Team-player attitude
• Solid command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be flexible.
• Strong cross functional collaboration skills and affinity with advanced technical products
• Experience with procurement and sourcing tools including ERP systems is beneficial
